downloadxAI is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by BaddieHub or any other platform referenced on this site.
downloadxAI is currently in a marketing and waitlist stage. The BaddieHub video downloader described on this site is launching soon and is not yet available. Joining the waitlist records your interest only; it does not create any entitlement to a service level, a launch date, or a particular set of features.
When the downloader launches, it will be offered as a free tool for saving video content to which you already have legitimate access, for personal, lawful use. We do not host, store, or distribute any video files. The tool operates on links you supply and returns files only from their original source.
You may use downloadxAI only for lawful purposes and only with content you are legally entitled to access. You agree that you will not use the service, now or after launch, to download, reproduce, or redistribute any content that infringes the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity.
You must only download content that is publicly available and that you are authorized to view. Attempting to bypass access controls, paywalls, login restrictions, or regional blocks in order to retrieve content is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for making sure that any download you initiate is permitted by the applicable platform terms, the content owner, and the laws of your jurisdiction.
The downloadxAI name, logo, site design, and original text are the property of the downloadxAI project. All other trademarks, product names, and platform references mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. References to third-party platforms are nominative only and do not imply any partnership or endorsement.
The site and any future downloader are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, downloadxAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or the downloader, including any legal consequences of content you choose to download.
