downloadxAI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same of its users. downloadxAI is a download tool, not a content platform. We do not host, store, or distribute any video files. The service operates on links supplied by users and retrieves content directly from its original source for that user alone.
Even so, we take copyright complaints seriously. This policy explains how rights holders can notify us of allegedly infringing material and how we respond.
If you believe that content accessible through the downloadxAI tool infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@videodownloaderai.com with the subject line DMCA Takedown Request. To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:
1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works. 2. The exact URL or link that you believe leads to the infringing material, so we can identify and review it. 3. Your full name, the name of the rights holder you represent (if different), and your email address and telephone number. 4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf. 6. Your physical or electronic signature.
Notices that are incomplete, vague, or clearly abusive may be rejected, and knowingly submitting false claims can expose you to liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
Valid notices are reviewed and acted on within 48 hours of receipt. Where a claim is substantiated, we will disable or block access to the source or URL identified in the notice and confirm the action by reply email. Because we do not host any files ourselves, removal is always performed at the source or link level rather than from our own storage.
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to terminate or restrict access for users who are repeat infringers. Circumvention of any block we put in place may itself result in termination of access to the service.
If you believe that content was blocked in error — for example, because you own the rights, have permission, or your use is a fair use — you may submit a counter-notice to the same address including your contact details, identification of the blocked material, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, and your signature. Where a valid counter-notice is received, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore access after the statutory notice period unless the complainant files a court action.
